rtk is expanding its digital strategy to include an AI-powered voicebot for its B2B services

rtk continues to advance the development of its digital strategy and is expanding its AI system, TONI, with a new application: Starting immediately, TONI will also handle phone calls. The voicebot—that is, the digital voice system—will initially launch in a test phase at rtk’s headquarters in Burghausen outside of business hours. The goal is to gradually optimize the system and tailor it to real-world service needs.
