Information on online dispute resolution
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution ("ODR platform"). Consumers can use the ODR platform to obtain free assistance in submitting a consumer complaint about an online sales contract or online service contract as well as information about the procedures at the consumer arbitration boards in the European Union. The ODR platform can be accessed via the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
