Information on Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (“ODR platform”). Consumers have the option of using the ODR platform to receive free assistance in filing a consumer complaint regarding an online sales contract or online service contract, as well as information about the procedures at consumer arbitration bodies in the European Union. The ODR platform is accessible via the following link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate in such proceedings.
