What happens when you combine a thirst for knowledge, a beach atmosphere, and strong partners? That’s exactly what around 30 second-year travel industry trainees experienced in late June during an intensive, hands-on training seminar in El Gouna, Egypt. Reiseland’s trainee academy, known as ProCamp, took place once again and once more offered a well-thought-out mix of professional input, personal development, and inspiring networking. “After this trainee ProCamp, one thing is clear: we are 100% on the right track and are among the innovators in the industry!
