What happens when you combine a thirst for knowledge, a beach atmosphere and strong partners? This is what around 30 budding travel professionals from the second year of their training experienced at the end of June in an intensive, practice-oriented training seminar in El Gouna, Egypt. Reiseland's trainee academy, known as ProCamp, took place for the second time and once again offered a well-thought-out mix of professional input, personal development and inspiring networking. "After this trainee ProCamp, one thing is clear: we are heading 100% in the right direction and are among the innovators in the industry! We're not just keeping up, we're setting standards," explains Cassandra Ferebee, Head of Human Resources & Training at Reiseland.
